הי טעים מאוד – אבל הקציצות התפרקו ברגע שהכנסתי לרוטב.
והכל התמסמס לתוך הרוטב. משהו שנראה כמו בולונז טבעוני..
מזל שנותרו חצי מהכמות להרגשה ןהרוטב מעל..

תודה! לא ניסיתי אבל אני מתארת לעצמי שיילך פה פרוסת לחם ללא גלוטן שמושרית במים וסחוטה, או- פירורי לחם ללג. לא הייתי מוסיפה קמחים כלשהם.

אני לא חושבת שזה קשור לאפייה, אלא לבישול ברוטב. הקציצות צריכות להתבשל ממש מעט זמן ברוטב, לא יותר מ-5 דקות. אם מוצאים שגם זה מאתגר אפשר להוסיף את הקציצות לרוטב רק בהגשה.
