הכנתי בפיתה עם טחינה וסלט- כולם אכלו בהתלהבות (מהתינוק ועד הבעל)
ממליצה להכפיל כמויות, לטגן את המיותר בחצי טיגון ולהקפיא. כך שלפני ההגשה אפשר להפשיר לטגן שוב במעט שמן והטעם טרי…!

הן יוצאות מצויין.אך כשמחממים אותן במיקרוגל הן מתפרקות.למה? ואיך ניתן למנוע התפרקות בזמן חימום.תודה!

הסיבה היא שהעדשים כאן לא עוברות בישול מקדים ולכן משרים אותן (בדומה לגרגירי חומוס בפלאפל). את צודקת שאם היינו מכינים תבשיל אז אין צורך בהשרריה מראש של העדשים.

למה בעצם משרים את העדשים? למיטב הבנתי העדשים הכתומות זה הסוג היחידי שלא מצריך השרייה ..

ממש טעים! הכנתי כבר כמה פעמים, ואפילו אציין שכשטוחנים בסדר שציינת זה יוצא במרקם הרבה יותר חלק מאשר לזרוק הכל ולטחון.
כמו כן, במקום כפית קארי שמתי חצי כפית, וגם חצי כפית כמון וחצי כפית אבקת שום ויצא מעולה
