אפשר להחליף חצי מכמות הקמח בקמח מלא, ביחס של 1:1. אם לא מעוניינים בקמח לבן בכלל אפשר לנסות לשלב חצי מהכמות בקמח מלא וחצי מהכמות בקמח שקדים
